Terms of Service

As an authorized reseller, Svuda sells prepaid eSIM data packages. An eSIM is a digital SIM card — no physical product is shipped.

You can buy as a guest, without an account. After successful payment we send the QR code and installation instructions to the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes.

Payment is handled by an external payment processor. Svuda never receives or stores your card details.

An eSIM works only on devices that support eSIM and are not network-locked. Checking compatibility is the user's responsibility before purchase.

Svuda is not responsible if your device does not support eSIM or is network-locked.

A package's validity period starts when the eSIM is activated in the destination (unless the plan states otherwise), not at the time of purchase.

Unlimited packages include a daily full-speed data allowance; after that amount, speed is reduced until the end of the day, when it resets (fair-use policy).

Network service in the destination is provided by a local operator. Coverage and signal quality depend on the local network and are outside our control.

Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) or euros (EUR), depending on your choice, and are final for the package shown.

An order is accepted once we receive confirmation of successful payment from the payment processor.

An eSIM is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you give explicit consent for delivery to begin at once; under Serbian consumer law you thereby waive the statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract.

If the eSIM was not delivered or fails for technical reasons on our side and has not been activated, you are entitled to a fix or a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.

You must use the eSIM in accordance with the law and the local operator's terms. Abuse, resale, and use contrary to the fair-use policy are prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific eSIM package. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or interruptions in the local operator's service.

The site's content (text, design, logo, and software) is protected and may not be used without our written permission.

We reserve the right to change these Terms. The version published on the site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We will try to resolve disputes amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court has jurisdiction.
