How do I install the eSIM?

Most phones newer than 2018 (iPhone XR/XS and later, Samsung S20+, Pixel 3+). Quick check: Settings → Add eSIM, or dial *#06# (if you see an EID, it's supported). Your phone must be carrier-unlocked.
When do I get the eSIM?
Right after successful payment — the QR code arrives by email, usually within a couple of minutes.
When does the plan's validity start?
Validity starts when you activate the eSIM at your destination (unless stated otherwise on the plan).
Can I get a refund?
An eSIM is digital content with immediate delivery. See the Refund Policy for terms.
